1. Introduction
Han Peng, graduated from Renmin University of China with a master's degree in law, is the secretary and partner of the Party branch of Beijing Dadao Zhengtong Law Firm, a member of the Military Civil Integration Law Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, and a member of the Rule of Law Branch of China Small and Medium Enterprises Association.

Proficient in company law, contract law, intellectual property related litigation and non litigation business; Previously represented Beijing Zhongguancun Development and Construction Co., Ltd. in handling a construction contract dispute case with Xu (represented by lawyer Zhu Shuying). The Xinjiang High Court ruled to reject Xu's lawsuit (with a total amount of over 140.77 million yuan); Previously represented Beijing Chengjian Wu Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Zhongfu Industrial Co., Ltd. in a construction contract dispute case, where Chengjian Wu Company won the lawsuit and received compensation of over 35 million yuan; Acting as the agent of the subordinate units of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in Beijing Garrison District to dispose of the real estate leasing projects, all the projects involved in the case have been effectively disposed, and no petition or clamour has occurred, maintaining the military civilian, military civilian harmony; Once acted as an agent for a company in the retrial procedure of a dispute over infringement of invention patent rights with Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd. (stock code: 601799), the case was sent back to the Shanghai High Court for retrial, and the client company received huge compensation.
