Chen Shiyu, graduated from the School of Economics and Law at East China University of Political Science and Law in 2007, is a lawyer and arbitrator. He is currently the Executive Director of Beijing Dadao Zhengtong Law Firm.
Served as Vice President and Secretary General of the Beijing Alumni Association of East China University of Political Science and Law, Executive Director of the Second Council of the Alumni Association of the School of Economics and Law of East China University of Political Science and Law, Vice President of the National Institute of Legal Services and Justice, Director of the Civil Procedure Law Research Association of the China Law Society, and Member of the Legal Professional Committee for Governance and Risk Prevention of the Beijing Cultural and Entertainment Law Association.
Previously served as an external mentor at Central University of Finance and Economics and a specially appointed professor at Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology;

I have represented multiple second instance and retrial civil and commercial cases in the Supreme People's Court, with successful cases of the Supreme People's Procuratorate filing protests and the Supreme People's Court changing judgments.
